Personal
The Olivers offer a professional, experienced, successful team to effectively market your property or assist you in locating a new property. Christine began her real estate career in 1986 and has developed an extensive referral list of both buyers and sellers in the Santa Barbara area. Her skills include pricing, contract negotiations, and daily client communication. Fal joined Christine in 1996 after a successful twenty-six year career with 3M Corporation as an area sales and marketing manager for Microfilm Products Division. His skills include property marketing, advertising, computer technologies, and home construction/inspection assistance. The Olivers grew up in Santa Barbara and know the economics and trends of all areas. They have owned three personal residences in SB since 1974 and own several income producing units.
